In Lucknow, a member of the State Women's Commission, Priyanka Maurya, received a prank call from unidentified individuals requesting her personal information. She reported the incident to the Krishnanagar police station, alleging that the callers impersonated the Chief Minister's principal secretary and the DM of Unnao. Priyanka believed the calls were attempts by opposing parties to damage her reputation through deceit. An investigation is underway following the formal complaint she lodged after receiving multiple such calls at her residence. DCP Keshav Kumar confirmed the registration of an FIR and the initiation of a thorough investigation.
